Union Finance Ministry's Cabinet proposal for a National Investment Board (NIB) is anti-environment. Its not about supremacy of the X minister or Y Minister. It is about the supremacy of the interests of undeclared political parties like CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, PHD Chambers & Industry. Prime Minister is subservient to these interests.
